Pros

There are no pros that I can think of with the exception of lots of PTO. That's about it.

Cons

This place is a literal mess, and I mean mess. Communication at all levels is lacking. The lack of verbal communication across the board, many, possibly even most people do not respond the emails, there is no follow through on anything, and the quality of everything is low, low, low. It seems that nobody proof reads or gives even a quit edit to anything. Everything is full of typos, misspells, errors. Sloppy! I can't even imagine how things are on the patient care side. This place feels dated, stuck in the past, maybe because they have this culture of "busy" where nobody gets anything done, nothing is done with any sort of care or quality, and therefore change to get with the times is not possible. There is also not actual onboarding or training for new staff, insufficient resources, and it's incredibly problematic and unprofessional. You fail your staff. I could go on and on and on, but I won't. This place is just a sad mess. At a loss for words when it comes to this place. And their focus on being a kindness hospital is a lost cause. They should place more emphasis and focus on quality and both staff and patient well and experience.

Pros

Good pay, decent management, flexible scheduling while in school and overall healthy work environment

Cons

There is no rotation for PRN staff to be put on call, meaning you will always be the first they put on. Additionally, if you're not used to working with 12+ patients at a time, this isn't the place for you as they like to load us up instead of bringing in more techs and nurses.
