      Pros

      Location...Great location out of the city. CRNAs professional and polite. Surgeons also professional and polite. MAs work hard, GI nurses and staff always friendly.

      Cons

      Horrible work culture . Many staff members angry about recruitment bonuses. No communication. Very antiquated surgical proceedures and equipment.
