Pros
Lots of benefits. Sense of community within individual departments.
Cons
Non-clinical staff haven't received a market rate pay increase since 2021, from what I've seen. Even the market rate increases are nowhere near reasonable based on the cost of living. Yet they claim they are focusing in retaining staff. My assumption is this is strictly pertaining to clinical staff. I would give up 80% of my "perks" to receive a reasonable pay increase. We can't hire people specifically due to our pay ranges. They also don't tend to ask real employees for recommendations on how we can make this a best place to work, which they claim to prioritize. Employees are struggling to make ends meet in a blue collar job putting in overtime every day while higher ups (directors) do the bare minimum making 6 figures.
