Pros

Fair salary, Affordable health benefits

Cons

Lots of corporate lingo. Disingenuous executives that say all the right things, but most of the time can never be found. The organization does not attract the top providers, and both staff and physicians are mediocre performers.

Pros

Good pay, decent management, flexible scheduling while in school and overall healthy work environment

Cons

There is no rotation for PRN staff to be put on call, meaning you will always be the first they put on. Additionally, if you're not used to working with 12+ patients at a time, this isn't the place for you as they like to load us up instead of bringing in more techs and nurses.
