Pros

Solid benefits, flexibility, and investment in technology

Cons

Once you have a position, there is no real increase in pay, and C-suite leadership has no appreciation or cohesiveness. There are diverging directions and priorities from within.

Pros

Good pay, decent management, flexible scheduling while in school and overall healthy work environment

Cons

There is no rotation for PRN staff to be put on call, meaning you will always be the first they put on. Additionally, if you're not used to working with 12+ patients at a time, this isn't the place for you as they like to load us up instead of bringing in more techs and nurses.
