      Pros

      Culture was always very welcoming to us as students. Incredible learning opportunities. Nurses expressed job satisfaction. Benefits and pay are superior to other facilities in the valley. Faith foundation opened the conversation to religion at times. Focus is more on wholistic patient care.

      Cons

      Not as seemingly driven or prestigious of an environment as other healthcare facilities

      The units do not work well together, a lot of animosity between unites.

      Pros

      Good pay, decent management, flexible scheduling while in school and overall healthy work environment

      Cons

      There is no rotation for PRN staff to be put on call, meaning you will always be the first they put on. Additionally, if you're not used to working with 12+ patients at a time, this isn't the place for you as they like to load us up instead of bringing in more techs and nurses.
