Pros

A great team. You receive tons of support emotionally from management, and have a lovely team of Tech's supporting you.

Cons

The pay is mediocre. With Benefits obviously it is more balanced, but a Chick Fil A worker made the same amount with half the stress. It wasn't sustainable as a fully trained, licensed, and experienced phlebotomist who needed to provide income.

Pros

Good pay, decent management, flexible scheduling while in school and overall healthy work environment

Cons

There is no rotation for PRN staff to be put on call, meaning you will always be the first they put on. Additionally, if you're not used to working with 12+ patients at a time, this isn't the place for you as they like to load us up instead of bringing in more techs and nurses.
