Dignity Health hires good people that are competent at their profession and live up to the slogan of Hello Humankindness. The people you work with are one of the main reasons that you get up and go to work each day.
Cons
As it is with most hospitals nationwide, Dignity Health occasionally has staffing problems.

Thank you for sharing your experience and for your recommendation.
It's wonderful to hear that you've experienced strong support from leadership and an inclusive work environment. We know that supportive leaders and engaged teams play an important role in creating a positive workplace and delivering exceptional care.
We also appreciate your feedback regarding collaboration between units. Strong teamwork across departments is essential to both the employee and patient experience, and insights like yours help us identify opportunities to strengthen communication and partnership throughout our organization.
Thank you for all you do in support of our mission and the communities we serve!
Good pay, decent management, flexible scheduling while in school and overall healthy work environment
Cons
There is no rotation for PRN staff to be put on call, meaning you will always be the first they put on. Additionally, if you're not used to working with 12+ patients at a time, this isn't the place for you as they like to load us up instead of bringing in more techs and nurses.
