Pros

The people here are great and you'll get to add the experience to your resume

Cons

There's no holiday pay. The websites will say there is but there isn't any unless your a corporate employee. Instead you'll either have to have enough PTO to cover the holiday or you'll have to work 4x10s as they also don't allow you to a no-pay day. The pay is also very low with no yearly raise.

Pros

Good pay, decent management, flexible scheduling while in school and overall healthy work environment

Cons

There is no rotation for PRN staff to be put on call, meaning you will always be the first they put on. Additionally, if you're not used to working with 12+ patients at a time, this isn't the place for you as they like to load us up instead of bringing in more techs and nurses.
