DO NOT WORK HERE! - Learning and Organizational Development Consultant CommonSpirit Health Employee Review

Pros

The benefits here were great!

Cons

The department was awful before new leadership came in. The leaders were great but decided to lay everyone off to do a reorg. Options were to take a severance package or to reapply. If you wanted to keep certain people, then severance the ones you think no longer are a fit. Why would I EVER come back and work for a company like this?

Pros

Good pay, decent management, flexible scheduling while in school and overall healthy work environment

Cons

There is no rotation for PRN staff to be put on call, meaning you will always be the first they put on. Additionally, if you're not used to working with 12+ patients at a time, this isn't the place for you as they like to load us up instead of bringing in more techs and nurses.
