Pros

Flexibility, no one micromanaging, excellent leaders

Cons

The performance review process is definitely flawed. Even the top performers on the team get “meets expectations,” so there is never much of a pay increase. They’ve also stopped doing yearly market adjustments.

Large corporation going through a lot of structural changes these past few years had made it difficult to keep things aligned as the company disassociated from advent health, while simultaneously merging centura health into commonspirit
