I have been with Commonwealth for over 5 years, and have strong relationships with colleagues in several different departments. Our company does a great job making employees feel comfortable and listened to. I feel like what we say actually matters. CFN has great leaders and you can tell how much our San Diego management 'cares' about the employee experience. It's a fun and really rewarding place to work.
