Fantastic place to work - Anonymous employee Commonwealth Financial Network Employee Review

The culture and the people are top-notch. The working environment was great, as were the company events and the work hard/play hard ethos. It's a young company, as most employees are in their 20s and 30s. Many have been there for over 5 years. The bonuses were good, but probably the best part of working there was everybody seemed to care about the clients, advisors, company, and each other.
