Pros
Co-workers were nice and helped each other.
Cons
There were plenty of cons during my stint at Commonwealth. First, the pay is a joke, was my first job out of college so did not think much of it but when you get paid <45k in the Boston area it is almost a poverty wage for the high cost of living. Could easily double your salary at any other financial firm in the area. Upper management has been there for 20+ years and it shows - do not value new employees - will not take advice and just keep running the place into the ground. They definitely value longevity, which new employees will never see with such high turnover. You are doing a disservice to yourself working there for more than 1 year in this job market. One instance that also made it a turnoff was at a firm-wide town hall first talking about back to the office the CEO got visibly upset with the questions being asked about WFH. If you also notice he replies to some reviews which I think is pretty unprofessional, just do not be fooled.
