Was a great company before selling out. Great benefits, great managers, and employees who actually give a crap about service

Upper management are sellouts. Business is business but the way they handled this acquisition is the definition of cowardice. Should have explained to the company from the start of the sale of the company the deal. Not beat around the bush and say BS like “commonwealth will stay commonwealth” They sold old and laid off the majority of their employees starting in 2027. Didn’t even have the guts to have a meeting and did it through email.
