What used to be a company that truly cared about its employees and worked hard for a great culture is now a place that practically bullies people to agree we’re “better together” and uses any excuse it can to push people back into the office. The CEO is obsessed with tracking if people are coming into the office three days per week with a new badge system and doesn’t want to hear reason or logic for why some roles might be better to do from home. Every drop in the service score is blamed on remote work and not the extreme drop in morale or the very sloppy creation of Advisor360 that the technology team is still recovering from.
