Pros
I worked with Kaitlyn during my job search process looking for a full time research associate position in the Boston area. She was kind, patient, hard-working, and incredibly thorough. She brought me an incredible offer that was more than I thought could be possible-- I ended up going with a different position because they were able to offer a higher title, but the position Kaitlyn brought to me would have been a perfect fit and working with her was a dream. She was my favorite recruiter that I worked with in the two weeks when I was interviewing-- so much so that I passed on her information to my roommate who was also in a job search. Kaitlyn got her a position within about a week or so of the start of her search, and they offered her an incredible salary and benefits. She ended up taking the offer, and Kaitlyn even sent me a referral gift as a thanks for passing along her name-- even though she did all the real work securing my roommate a job! When I read all these glassdoor reviews initially that were giving Kaitlyn glowing recommendations, I thought it seemed too good to be true. It really, really isn't! She makes the entire process so easy, and interviewing is already such a stressful and scary process.

Zero cons! I will absolutely use Kaitlyn again next time I'm looking for a job. I honestly can't wait to work with her again!
