They take professional development, mentorship, and collaboration with earnestness while also making it rewarding and engaging. There is a lot of good energy spent on team-building and a positive workforce environment and supportive, kind SLPs to learn and grow from.

Extremely responsive to any concerns raised Amazing CF supervisors who are there for you at all times Consistently provided support in various areas of need Fostered a positive work environment Advocates for their workers to the districts Knowledgeable C-Suite who frequently shares their expertise

Cons

Limited PTO (although they do space out your paychecks so you get paid over breaks, which is somewhat like PTO)
