Pros

Work from home job with normally a 7am-3pm schedule. Two weeks of PTO but can carry over an extra up to 5 days!

Cons

No sick time. We do not have every federal holiday off. No advancement within the company! This is a big issue when trying to move ahead in a career.

You have to work everyday. Not a place for people that like to call out.

Decent work environment when there is plenty of work to go around. You can make good money with the unit pay system.

Cons

Hourly rate isn't great compared to unit based compensation. Lack of communication is rampant. Organization is lacking. 3-4 managers for every Splicer.
