Pros
I have be encouraged by my supervisors to think outside of the box. Recently the team and board has completed a new strategic plan and it is strong plan laying out our future goals to tackle. I am excited about what is to come and the team I get to work with and under.
Cons
Working in the nonprofit field is often unglamorous but with the right coworkers at your side, work feels more like a mission than a burden. The team at CIS is supportive and encouraging, making the work feel less overwhelming and achievable.
