If you’re in the field to help those in need, you have the opportunity to help underprivileged clients- however, you will be overworked, underpaid, and have to deal with politics that interfere with your ability to actually make a difference
Cons
Aside from a few select individuals that truly care about the families served and the employees, the company’s only priority is making sure the higher ups maintain their six figure salaries.
