      Flexible work schedule, useful meaningful trainings, supportive and caring supervisors, bonuses and incentives, team building activities,

      Cons

      The only con I can think of is the medical benefit not being ideal for me personally, as I live in RI and it is a MA health company. It is still affordable, but not as useful as I would like.
