      Pros

      Great clinicians there to speak with and collaborate with. Face to face time with great young adults in dcf custody. Passion driven work.

      Cons

      Micromanaged, all of the time. You are barely given room to take risks. Company is stuck in the 90s. You are coached to find people's flaws and fire them instead of finding areas to tap into their development to retain them.
