      Pros

      Commute to work wasn't too extreme as it could have been. Ipad for work. Most everything was supplied. Training wasn't terrible but after training test was not as hand held as it was needed.

      Cons

      They can switch your client whenever they want, when the manager does come they micromanage, complete isolation from others so not for the lonely, Low pay compared to other agencies.

      Pros

      Flexible with school schedules, plenty of supervisor communication and rewarding work experience

      Cons

      Cases can be quite challenging at times, High BT turn over rate and alot of driving unless you are able to land a school case
