      Pros

      Flexible scheduling, great work/life balance, feels great to work in a team of like-minded individuals. Management and admins (scheduling, HR, finance) are always very responsive and supportive.

      Cons

      Mainly evening hours (3-5), (5:30-7:30) for sessions but once you get used to working those hours it is fine! Plus the pay is worth it.

      Flexible with school schedules, plenty of supervisor communication and rewarding work experience

      Cons

      Cases can be quite challenging at times, High BT turn over rate and alot of driving unless you are able to land a school case
