      1/2 hour break No ongoing training Pay is bad More concerned about billing than the kids Management does not care for growth

      Flexible with school schedules, plenty of supervisor communication and rewarding work experience

      Cons

      Cases can be quite challenging at times, High BT turn over rate and alot of driving unless you are able to land a school case
