Revolving door staff crazy high turnover. New management has made changes to the company that have taken away many of the financial incentives for high performers. During my time with them everyone was micro managed to an extreme where you were not allowed to deviate by a single word from the script that was written for recruiters. We had to record ourselves talking to applicants so that we could be evaluated. Our feedback was never considered and we were made to feel like we didn't matter.
