      My supervisors were super supportive as I was new to the field the training and support was unmatched. As I was looking to move into education field after graduating they provided help and support to find the right fit for me utilizing my Behavior experience.

      Tons of upward mobility and opportunities.

      Flexible with school schedules, plenty of supervisor communication and rewarding work experience

      Cons

      Cases can be quite challenging at times, High BT turn over rate and alot of driving unless you are able to land a school case
