      When I started at the company 5 years ago it was a great company to work for

      Cons

      Ever since Stepping Stones bought NEABA. The company has gone downhill drastically. Huge staff turnover, clinicians layed off. I was left with no supervisors to cover my clients and clients having to be put on hold. The support before I felt is no longer there

      Flexible with school schedules, plenty of supervisor communication and rewarding work experience

      Cons

      Cases can be quite challenging at times, High BT turn over rate and alot of driving unless you are able to land a school case
