      Great Support and Supervision. Checks in on employee self-care to prevent burnout.

      Cons

      School Based Mental Health Therapist are not paid year around—only 10 months. Work throughout the school year can be very draining; would be helpful if therapist were paid for 2 more months. Benefits are not the best and pay does not match workload.

      Flexible with school schedules, plenty of supervisor communication and rewarding work experience

      Cons

      Cases can be quite challenging at times, High BT turn over rate and alot of driving unless you are able to land a school case
