Pros

The pro is, they would be more successful at providing the services that they have agreed to provide if they hired adequate staff and security for the staff

Cons

No security in a dangerous facility no support for injuries incurred in the facility when you are out on Workmen’s Comp.. They do not want to pay you and do not want to provide added to queer for your injuries.

Pros

Autonomy but that’s changing. Four day schedule.

Cons

Easily the most disorganized company I have ever worked for. They do not value or support the providers. Lots of silos in this company which results in a lot of friction and lack of response to making procedures more efficient. No raises for providers, no increases in pto. No reimbursement for mileage and expected to use personal cell for business purposes. Constantly asked to do extra work during normal hours. They schedule a ton of meetings but then criticize your productivity. Instead of fixing issues related to productivity the answer is “double book”. Turnover of staff is the worst I’ve ever experienced as is turnover with providers. They changed insurance and it’s not as good. The systems aren’t safe, we’ve had events and cbi does not make any changes.
