As one way of trying to make pay more competitive, TCB has implemented a quarterly bonus program where property management staff can qualify for a bonus based on the performance of their site against a few key metrics. As a non-profit, it is difficult for TCB to compete against some of the larger for profit companies, but we realize the importance of competitive pay and are continuing to evaluate our plans and how we can improve.
