8yThanks for the feedback. You should consider coming back. We have a number of "two timers," individuals who have left the organization and then come back later in their careers. This includes our CEO. On communication, we are actively looking at ways to enhance communication. This is something we definitely heard via our most recent employee survey and are looking at how to address this.
