8yFrom your comments, it is clear that your relationship with your supervisor was not a good one. We are working as an organization to provide more training to managers in a variety of areas.
As it relates to valuing employees, over the past 12-18 months TCB has taken a number of steps to continue to demonstrate how we value our employees. These include implementation of a new TCB minimum wage, a quarterly bonus program in property management, and increasing the company match for the 403b plan. We also survey employees so that we can get feedback and ideas regarding how we should look at improving the company culture.
