      poor company to work for - Property Management Community Builders Employee Review

      Pros

      There is good PTO time, and paid holidays

      Cons

      residents over staff always, poor leadership, mid level managers know little of the business. company in constant state of flux, management continually changing what is right today is wrong tomorrow. Accountants rule the roost and they are sub par at best.

      Our mission is around building strong communities for residents, but clearly we must place a high value on employees in order to achieve that mission at each of our properties. That is an important balance and I'm sorry that it sounds like we didn't achieve that in your case.
