I'm sorry that your experience was so negative at TCB. Overall, I feel that we have the strongest Property Management leadership team in place that we've ever had, and they are working hard to improve the performance of our portfolio and ensure that all employees are treated with respect. For HR, although it was not your experience, I'm confident that the team is working hard every day and is looking at how we can improve to be seen as valuing adding in everything we do, even when we have to communicate decisions which some employees may disagree with.
