Great co-workers. HORRIBLE otherwise - Assistant Community Manager Community Builders Employee Review

Upper Management is a non-existent. Meaning, there is nothing to lead me to believe that any people above my Manager even existed. HR should have their OWN HR to handle just how incompetent and bias they are. I was threatened by residents with no response from HR or Upper Management, I was put in uncomfortable situations by previous employees with no response from HR or Upper Management. I raised my concern to all the appropriate channels put before me to no response from HR or Upper Management. This is NOT how employees should be treated. STAY AWAY.
