Community Builders Response
10yThis year The Community Builders has initiated a formalized on-boarding program where new hires in property management spend their first three days in an orientation program designed to provide them with basic information on the company and their positions. They will be matched up with mentors who can serve as an additional resource as they return to their properties.
In addition, we will be launching a supervisor training program this spring to talk about the importance of leadership in the organization and develop skills in this area. This will be rolled out initially at the senior most levels of the company. We are optimistic that these two initiatives will begin to address some of the gaps that may have existed in the past with regard to training and employee development.
