Community Care (WI)

I was under paid and I feel they treated my patient horrible, the hours were also not enough for me to complete my job. - Anonymous employee Community Care (WI) Employee Review

Pros

At least they were consistent in letting me and my client what exactly was going on about me not being able to get paid for working for her anymore, and that no other caregiver was coming out to care for her as soon as I left. I was disgusted at this point.

Cons

They treated my client in a disrespectful manner. The pay rate did not match the job duties. The hours did not match the timing of getting the job done. I had more contact with payroll than I had with speaking to home health company, no questions or updates about the client I was working with. No equipment was given to care for client.

Pros

Decent salary for the area and for human services. Work from home. Job itself is quite simple, although overwhelming due to work load.

Cons

Job duties greatly increased within the past few years. Loss of autonomy due to switch from salaries rate to hourly rate. Increasing case loads. Not a lot of room for advancement.
