In this IT department, qualified employees with extensive experience are fired thanks to the old boy network. The target employee is exposed to unbearable working conditions and a climate of coercion to resign. As a result, in most cases, the employee quits.

Decent salary for the area and for human services. Work from home. Job itself is quite simple, although overwhelming due to work load.

Cons

Job duties greatly increased within the past few years. Loss of autonomy due to switch from salaries rate to hourly rate. Increasing case loads. Not a lot of room for advancement.
