Plenty of paid time off Flexibility Pro and Con is the expectation to know how to understand and be proficient in MANY areas. Learn a lot which can be great but also expected to be well rounded in far too many areas.

Pros

Decent salary for the area and for human services. Work from home. Job itself is quite simple, although overwhelming due to work load.

Cons

Job duties greatly increased within the past few years. Loss of autonomy due to switch from salaries rate to hourly rate. Increasing case loads. Not a lot of room for advancement.
