Pros

I started with this company four years ago when I was just 19 years old, and it has truly changed the direction of my life and career. From day one, I was given opportunities to grow, develop leadership skills, and be surrounded by mentors who genuinely care about your success. One of the things that makes this company so special is the leadership culture. The leaders here don’t just manage people—they actively invest in developing them. There is a true open-door environment where higher leadership is involved, accessible, and committed to helping you become the best version of yourself both professionally and personally. What inspires me most is that everyone who has a seat at the table started where we did—in the field. That says everything about the culture here. Advancement isn’t about titles; it’s about work ethic, growth, and leadership. If you’re willing to learn, stay coachable, and put in the effort, you can absolutely build a real career here. Over the past four years, I’ve worked my way up through the company and am now on track to become a District Director. That journey has been possible because of the mentorship, leadership development, and belief that this company pours into its people. I’m extremely passionate about what we do and the opportunities this company provides. My goal now is to help bring others into this environment and give them the same opportunity I had—to grow, to lead, and to multiply their influence. If you’re looking for a place where leadership is developed, hard work is recognized, and your potential is taken seriously, this is the place to be.

Cons

Growth comes with high expectations, so it requires dedication and consistency to take full advantage of the opportunities.

Pros

Flexible scheduling and a team-oriented environment. Many coworkers are approachable and willing to answer questions, creating a supportive atmosphere. The workload is generally manageable, and the role provides valuable experience in compliance, auditing, documentation review, and loan operations. It can be a good opportunity for someone looking to develop attention to detail and industry knowledge.

Cons

The biggest area for improvement is onboarding and training. Because processes and requirements can change frequently, new employees may sometimes feel overwhelmed or uncertain about expectations. A more structured training program focused on core compliance requirements and critical errors would help employees build confidence and reduce avoidable mistakes. Support is available, but the quality and consistency of guidance can vary depending on who is available to assist. Additional documentation, standardized training materials, and ongoing coaching could improve the overall employee experience.
