Pros

At first look the company seems legit, they seem to want to give employees a chance but once you dig deeper this is not the case.

Cons

My experience with CCS was extremely disappointing. There were frequent payroll issues, and multiple employees, including myself, had to repeatedly contact management just to receive paychecks that should have been processed correctly in the first place. Management was unprofessional and communication was virtually nonexistent. I was sent a termination text in a group chat(if that's not unprofessional enough keep reading), told it was a mistake, sent to work anyway, and then received the same termination notice again the next day!! You've got at least 3 managers in a group chat however none of them will respond to you not matter how urgent it is. My manager would be on the phone with me telling me how there's so many flaws to the company and how they create problems that are non existent. Employees were often sent to difficult properties without proper training and then pressured to work faster despite being paid a flat rate rather than hourly. If you're considering working for CCS, be aware of the pay discrepancies, lack of communication, and unprofessional management practices.

Pros

This is an incredible, rapidly growing enterprise to work for. As an intern, I have been able to expand my business acumen and gather a myriad of applicable skills that will enhance my learning experience in, and out of the classroom. This company is led by fantastic people that will always inspire and push you to do better in every thing that we do here. CCS is a massively expansive company, but still holds that "mom-and-pop" charm that makes you excited to come to work. Overall, in such a competitive job market it's difficult to find a better organization to work for.

Cons

Some of the days can be mentally demanding, but you will always be recognized and rewarded for hard work put in.
