Benefits are pretty good but the pay isn’t worth it

working with the clients and the staff who really do care about the clients. Every day is different. I love the education and getting out into the community and supporting my clients

My direct supervisor is very pleasant. However, I have been noticing some inconsistencies with reporting and other things. I don’t think our management has someone owned the ground employees interest in their best mind. There is a lot of high turnover in this field, and the clients do suffer because of this. There is extremelyoe pay
