Pros

Great follow through from senior management. CHR management really cares about staff. Most programs have great teams where you feel like part of a family because everyone is so kind and supportive. Great benefits. They even give you a birthday day off which I haven't seen at other companies. When I went on maternity leave, HR was really helpful with the FMLA process.

Cons

Salary isn't too competitive Some programs close due to state budget cuts Salary increases given equally to everyone and not based on merit No paid maternity leave given - although not many companies give this benefit

working with the clients and the staff who really do care about the clients. Every day is different. I love the education and getting out into the community and supporting my clients

My direct supervisor is very pleasant. However, I have been noticing some inconsistencies with reporting and other things. I don’t think our management has someone owned the ground employees interest in their best mind. There is a lot of high turnover in this field, and the clients do suffer because of this. There is extremelyoe pay
