Company cars to share among dept, work cell & laptop provided.

Cons

Management!! Best way to explain is misery loves company!! Supervisor is miserable & completely abuses her power & position!! HR is of NO assistance as well!! They overlook the abuse & do not support employees at all. I'm at the point where I no longer report, in fear of ongoing retaliation.. Looking for alternative employment. No matter how badly you need a job, I promise you this is NOT the 1 for you!!

working with the clients and the staff who really do care about the clients. Every day is different. I love the education and getting out into the community and supporting my clients

My direct supervisor is very pleasant. However, I have been noticing some inconsistencies with reporting and other things. I don’t think our management has someone owned the ground employees interest in their best mind. There is a lot of high turnover in this field, and the clients do suffer because of this. There is extremelyoe pay
