If under a good manager, can continuously progress and strive for better.
Cons
Under certain managers, especially ones that are over employees that they do not necessarily care for, are subjected to extreme targeting like never before seen. Bend and make up rules as they wish, and refuse to provide employees with copy of policy, in which they are required to follow.
