      Great relationship with our Doctors, patients and coworkers

      Cons

      Administration is unjust, unfair, and do not appreciate experience; may fire anyone at anytime for any reason. The Doctors are powerless to stop the empowered admin team. To quote a CHS physician "The Admin team lives in their own little kingdom...and they think they don't need Doctors or Nurses." Low pay as well, inconsistent and arbitrary rules. Dishonorable company
