      Pros include; nice Christmas Party.

      Employee morale is low in IS/IT which may be associated to (1) a high turn over in leadership (2) lack of IT/IS direction and strategy and (3) mold in building Additionally, IT/IS does not employ standardized processes or frameworks and is not aligned with the business.
