Leadership is always bickering and micro managing. I've been asked by managers to lie to directors so managers don't look bad for not following directors instructions. People here really do try to make you feel like your less important just because you have not chosen to go into management. Leadership does not have an open door policy. The definitely keep their doors closed the majority of the day.
